Federal Clearing and Forwarding has a force of 33 personnel of which 11 are family members. The advantage? A very stable, dedicated, personal service. Almost no turnover in staff.

Director

Director Helen Vlok comes from an accounting background. Became involved in shipping when her husband and herself started trading as Federal Clearing at the end of 1968. Helen has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience over the past 39 years. Expertise

Federal Clearing has the expertise and capacity to handle international & local air, sea and road freight forwarding for imports and exports, customs clearance and warehousing. We also offer ancillary services such as application for rebate and import permits, insurance etc. We have a network of co-agents that covers the world.

Accreditation

Federal Clearing is a member of the South African Association of Freight Forwarders, Western Cape and National. This ensures advisement of any proposed/current amendments or issues on all fronts relating to Customs / Shipping / Clearing / Forwarding.
Federal Clearing is a SARS accredited customs clearing agent.
